Design Brief

Located on the west side of the development across from Walgreens on NW 50th Street, Building Six introduces a bold, modern retail and restaurant hub. The building’s V-shaped façade draws inspiration from Building Three’s geometry, while also incorporating contemporary architectural language.

A large, 15-foot cantilevered canopy provides both visual drama and practical shade at the entrance. The materials—modern brick, aluminum accents, and expansive glass storefronts—contrast cleanly with the older painted brick buildings nearby. Strategic landscaping and refined signage reinforce the development’s overall identity.
