Nick Morey, originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, approaches architecture as a complex puzzle—each project presenting a unique set of challenges, limitations, and opportunities. He finds energy in working through those layers, believing that the most successful solutions come from deeply understanding the client’s goals and

navigating design constraints with creativity and precision. At Bockus Payne, Nick contributes across a variety of project types, bringing a methodical and collaborative mindset to the team. He enjoys the problem-solving side of architecture just as much as the human side—making sure the final product is not only functional, but meaningful to the people using it.

Outside the office, Nick enjoys spending his time outdoors: camping, hiking, swimming, and traveling. He also enjoys visiting craft breweries and discovering local flavors wherever he goes.
