As outlying communities continue to grow, the demand for access to affordable education and training follows. Francis Tuttle’s desire to continue its reach and expand class offerings resulted in the need for a new campus.

Encompassing a sanctuary, fellowship hall, and Sunday school, Bockus Payne’s design for St. Mary’s Episcopal Church enabled the church to expand its congregation and relocate closer to its affiliate school. The Basilica-style sanctuary features the classic architectural layout of a narthex, nave, and transepts, culminating with a beautiful stained glass window.

The O'Brien Family Training Center is is an 18,600-square-foot training complex that serves multiple functions for Mid-America Christian University. The facility was completely donor funded with the building being named after MACU alumni Dr. Sean O'Brien of the Oklahoma Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

For Infiniti’s car and sales service center, Bockus Payne thoughtfully balanced existing brand standards with creative detailing that ensures a smooth customer experience. The elegant white-scored concrete exterior visually blends into the clean interior showroom, with porcelain tiling underfoot. Structural steel framing reinforces the design aesthetic of the Infinity glass curtain wall, enhancing natural light within.

The Chi Omega - Epsilon Alpha chapter house at the University of Oklahoma received a full renovation in 2017. The project carried the need for an elevated attention to detail as it progressed through construction in phases, staggered along with the semesters and the house being occupied.
