Philosophy of Business
This firm has as its primary purpose the objective of providing the best possible architectural service to our clients in a work atmosphere that allows each team member to realize their personal professional and financial goals, while having fun and honoring God in the process. Our architectural practice will be acknowledged for its team oriented approach: Owner-Architect-Contractor. This approach is characterized by an emphasis on a rewarding process, where the relationships, as well as the design, are highly valued. We believe this results in exceptional architectural projects that each team member is proud to have participated in. We call this relational architecture. It is our bottom line. Team members will be an integral part of the firm and will be given the opportunity to benefit from success based compensation, an enjoyable Christian working environment, open opportunity for professional advancement and personal growth, and participation in the decision making process within the firm. There will be a high level of trust and mutual respect among all team members. As team members, we shall be open to learning from one another and be respectful of one another’s opinions. Each person shall understand and subscribe to the firm’s mission and will strive to assist in its accomplishment. This will result in enthusiasm and optimism. The Owner’s of the firm will endeavor to place the welfare of the firm and its clients above their own self interests. Team members are encouraged to let us know when you feel we fall short of this goal. The firm will seek ways to think “outside of the
box” in order to be innovative in its service delivery and will
be guided by its principal purpose of providing services beyond what
is expected. The services offered will be clearly defined to the client
and each team member, and priced in accordance with the value it represents. |
